1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom items, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at xic20240829@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, and return reason.

  2. Return Authorization: If approved, we will send a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

  • Approval Timeline: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/wrong item).


4. Exchanges

  • We strongly recommend opting for a refund for a faster resolution. Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us at xic20240829@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement and provide a 10% discount code as a gesture of goodwill for your next purchase.

  • Important: Exchanges may delay resolution due to inventory availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it with a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale Items
